In harsh operating conditions such as chemical, environmental protection, and new energy industries, equipment corrosion resistance and safety are core demands for enterprises.GODO PUMPS, a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps, we are proud to announce the launch of its innovative QBY3-40TTTT diaphragm pump.
All-PTFE Material – The King of Corrosion Resistance
The QBY3-40TTTT PTFE diaphragm pump can transport highly corrosive solutions that other plastic materials cannot handle. It is specifically designed for strong corrosive, high-purity, or high-viscosity applications. The pump body, diaphragm, ball valves, and other wetted parts are made of high-quality PTFE material, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and chemical stability. It can withstand over a hundred types of highly corrosive media, including dilute sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic solvents, avoiding the chemical erosion issues of traditional metal pumps.
High-Flow Delivery – Adaptable to Complex Conditions
With a maximum flow rate of 142L/min and the ability to pass particles up to 3.2mm in diameter, it easily handles high-viscosity liquids, sludge containing particles, and flammable or explosive media. The non-rotating component design ensures no sparks during operation, meeting safety standards for explosive environments.
Easy Disassembly – Reduced Maintenance Costs
No priming required, with a self-priming height of up to 3.5 meters. The pump can run dry without damage. Its modular structure allows for easy disassembly and maintenance, and core components (such as diaphragms and ball valves) support quick replacement, significantly reducing downtime.
