BFQL Large-Particle Pump – Engineered for Heavy-Duty Discharge

Aug,14,2026

Conventional centrifugal pump impellers are prone to wear from hard particles, while standard diaphragm pumps have limited solids-handling capacity, requiring large debris to be pre-filtered—adding extra manual steps. To address the pain points of high-impurity discharge in engineering applications, the Edge Flow BFQL Large-Particle Pump has been structurally optimized to suit various municipal and infrastructure dewatering scenarios.

Widened Straight-Through Flow Channel for Direct Conveying of Large Debris
Featuring a large-bore straight-through flow path paired with a dedicated wafer-style check valve, the pump can pass solid particles up to 38 mm in diameter. Foundation pit slurries and pipe network sediments can be pumped without pre-screening, eliminating the need for sieving. An anti-settling sump at the bottom reduces sludge accumulation, enabling continuous operation and significantly decreasing the frequency of shutdowns for clog clearing.

Multi-Purpose Versatility Covering All Engineering Discharge Scenarios

  1. Municipal: pipeline desilting, storm sewer dewatering, sediment sludge transfer from settling tanks.

  2. Infrastructure: tunnel foundation pit drainage, construction site slurry pumping.

  3. Water conservancy: small river and pond sludge cleaning.

Smooth discharge means guaranteed project progress. Instead of spending years on manpower and repairs for clogged pumps, choose a dedicated pump built for heavy-duty, large-particle working conditions.
